​We provide a 5-day free trial for our Basic Plan to allow you to fully evaluate our website builder before making a purchase. We strongly encourage you to use this trial to determine if the service meets your needs.

2. Platform Services (Website Builder Subscriptions)

​This section applies to all subscription plans for our online website and e-commerce store builder.

  • Free Trial: We offer a 5-day, no-obligation free trial for our Basic Plan. During this period, you will have access to all features included in the plan. No payment information is required to start the trial.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our digital services and the availability of a free trial, we do not offer refunds on any subscription plans once a payment has been made. This includes monthly and annual plans. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, plan downgrades, or if you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle.
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
    • ​Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual).
    • ​You will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your billing period.
    • ​To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, you must cancel your plan before the renewal date.

3. Professional Services (Agency Work)

​This section applies to custom design, development, and other digital services provided by our team. These services are governed by a separate proposal and Scope of Work (SOW) agreement.

  • Deposits: All Professional Services require a non-refundable deposit before work can begin. This deposit secures your place in our project queue and covers the costs of project discovery, resource allocation, and initial work.
  • Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled by you (the Client) after work has commenced, all payments made to that point, including the initial deposit, are non-refundable. You will be invoiced for any completed work that exceeds the amount already paid.

4. Billing Disputes

​We are committed to resolving any billing issues amicably. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact our support team at [email protected] before contacting your bank or credit card company.

​Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and all associated services.
