2. Platform Services (Website Builder Subscriptions)

- Free Trial: We offer a 5-day, no-obligation free trial for our Basic Plan. During this period, you will have access to all features included in the plan. No payment information is required to start the trial.
- Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our digital services and the availability of a free trial, we do not offer refunds on any subscription plans once a payment has been made. This includes monthly and annual plans. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, plan downgrades, or if you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle.

- Deposits: All Professional Services require a non-refundable deposit before work can begin. This deposit secures your place in our project queue and covers the costs of project discovery, resource allocation, and initial work.
- Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled by you (the Client) after work has commenced, all payments made to that point, including the initial deposit, are non-refundable. You will be invoiced for any completed work that exceeds the amount already paid.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and all associated services.
